Intake Manifold Design

  • Designed and developed a high-performance intake manifold for a Suzuki GSX-R600 engine.
  • Focus: Runner tuning, airflow optimisation, CAD development, Ricardo WAVE simulation, CFD analysis, and dyno validation.
